Bandelin oil separator OX 16 for RM 16 UH

Oil and suspended solids separator for extending the service life and increasing the volume of aqueous cleaning fluids. When using a demulsifying ultrasonic cleaning concentrate, the removed oil reaches the bath surface and is channeled to the oil separator via the overflow pocket in the ultrasonic bath.

The oil separator consists of chamber 1 as a separation chamber with inlet G 1 and oil drain G ¾ and chamber 2 as a storage tank with immersion pump, level control and a ball valve G ½ for returning the liquid to the ultrasonic tank, including filter unit with 9 ¾” wound candle.
The container structure including the lid is made of stainless steel 1.4404.

Impurities floating on the bath surface are passed through the overflow pocket into the oil separator and separated there by gravity.
