DESCRIPTION

All submersible transducers are equipped with high-performance oscillation systems. The submersible transducers are connected to powerful microprocessor-controlled generators for operation. The connection from the submersible transducer to the generator is made via a connection box and an HF cable using Quick-Connect technology.

Features

  • 2 mm thick 1.4404 stainless steel housing, TIG-welded
  • Ultrasonic frequencies 25 kHz or 40 kHz
  • various designs support versatility in application
• For intensive cleaning, the items to be cleaned should be sonicated from several sides,
to avoid shadowing.

• The distances between adjacent high-performance transducers should be as small as possible,
to avoid sound-free zones.

• The minimum distances between submersible transducers and
- liquid surface,
- tank side walls as well as
- items to be cleaned or basket
must be at least 50 mm.

• The minimum distances between submersible transducers and heat sources must be at least
100 mm.

• The maximum permissible operating temperature of the bath liquid is 90 °C and must be
limited by suitable measures.

• The distance between opposing high-performance transducers should be at least 300 mm.

• The standard HF plug connection(s) using Quick-Connect technology on the high-performance transducer
must not be exposed to splashing water or moisture.

If this is unavoidable due to the application of the submersible transducers, the
HF cables must be led directly out of the high-performance ultrasonic
transducers via a watertight cable gland.

All submersible transducers are available with a fixed F-type HF cable connection. Max. HF power 1000-3000 watts.

Please specify the connection type when ordering.
