Emmi-40 HC Plus ultrasonic cleaner

The Emmi-40 HC Plus, with a tank capacity of 4.5L, can be operated at different frequencies. During cavitation, smaller (40kHz) or larger (20kHz) vacuum bubbles are formed, which lead to better cleaning performance. This allows even the most stubborn dirt to be removed with ease.

Features a stainless steel oscillating tank and housing, timer 1-60 min / continuous operation, heater, and power controller.

EM-404 aluminium & die-cast cleaner (500 ml)

• Removes mineral residues, flash rust, grease, polishing, and combustion residues

• Ideal for metal, light metal (e.g., engine blocks, carburetors), glass, and plastic

• Application: 1–5% solution, 5–20 min. at 50–60 °C, then rinse thoroughly with water

EM-800 workshop cleaner (500 ml)

• Removes cooling lubricants, coking & scale, soot & dust, oils & grease, fingerprints

• Ideal for stainless steel, non-ferrous metal, brass, plastic

• Not suitable for aluminium

• Application: 3-10% solution, 5–30 min. at a maximum of 30 °C, then rinse thoroughly with water

The latex gloves are extremely stable and resistant. Nevertheless, their thin composition ensures optimal tactile sensitivity. These gloves are dermatologically tested and have a minimized allergy risk.

The black color is perfect as a background to identify unevenness during filing and to touch them up.
