BESCHREIBUNG

STAMMOPUR Z is a special acid cleaner based on phosphoric acid , developed for use in the dental field for the thorough cleaning of instruments and worn prosthetics . The concentrate is ideal for use in ultrasonic baths and impresses with its effective yet gentle action .

Thanks to its special formula, STAMMOPUR Z reliably removes tartar, plaque, temporary fillings, some investment materials, metal oxides, and flux residues . Certain glass ionomer cements are not dissolved, allowing for targeted and safe application.

Application

In the ultrasonic bath (only in the insert vessel!):

  • Dosage: 5%

  • Sound exposure time: 2 – 10 minutes (keep as short as possible)

Notes:

  • Fill the oscillating tank of the ultrasound device with a contact fluid, e.g. TICKOMED 1 (3%) or STAMMOPUR DR 8 (2%) .

  • Place STAMMOPUR Z into a separate container (e.g. beaker or plastic immersion tub) and place it in the ultrasonic bath.

  • Ensure complete wetting and insert the hollow body so that air can escape.

  • After cleaning, rinse parts immediately and thoroughly with water (at least drinking water quality or as recommended by the Robert Koch Institute) and dry.

  • Then check the instruments or prosthetics for cleanliness and function and – depending on the classification – disinfect or sterilize them.
