Tickopur RW 77 special cleaner for plastic parts

Tickopur RW 77 is a highly effective cleaning concentrate with ammonia , developed for the thorough yet gentle cleaning of machine, tool, and equipment parts made of metal, glass, ceramic, plastic, rubber, and circuit boards. Thanks to its special formula, Tickopur RW 77 also has a slight deoxidizing effect on non-ferrous and precious metals and is ideal for use in trades, industry, service areas, and laboratories .

The concentrate is optimized for use in SONOREX ultrasonic devices , but can also be used for immersion and wipe cleaning .

Application

• Dosage (ultrasonic bath): 5%

• Exposure time: 1 – 10 minutes

• Temperature: 20 – 80 °C

👉 Tip: For alkali-sensitive materials , keep cleaning time as short as possible . Preliminary tests on sensitive parts are recommended.
